Maureen had her first missions exposure through serval short term teams in Lesotho, Kenya and Mozambique. She finally heard the Lord’s call clearly to serve among an unreached group along the east coast of Mozambique where she serves on a small AIM team.

(Botswana - serving on the Islands)
O S, hailing from Botswana, serves with Africa Inland Mission (AIM) as part of a TIMO team on the Islands. The ministry focuses on sharing the gospel and establishing an indigenous Christ-centered church among the Islanders. O S brings valuable experience from his time with Capro Missions, where he participated in programs such as the Kairos Course, DIMEP, and the Discipleship and Mission Exposure Program. These experiences shaped his calling and highlighted the urgency of reaching the unreached. With a deep sense of purpose and dedication.

Peter and Alice hail from Zimbabwe.
Peter has just joined us as mobilizer and will be involved in equipping, training, outreach and mobilising the Zimbabwean church for missions. Peter and Alice have 5 children Carol, Renfred, Audrey, Joanna and Theodore.

Peter joined AIM in 2020 from Glo Bible Seminary in Ndola, Zambia. A previous Capro Missionary for two years, he feels compelled by Christ to serve as a mobilizer in Zambia among all Zambian churches and specific projects in Malawi. Peter has a heart to see Zambians become a mission force in missions and for Zambian workers to be able to raise financial support. He works in partnership with key seminaries with a vision to train their students in missions and network across Zambia to equip, train and teach.
He is married to Ireen and they have two boys, Zebron and Victory.

Peter Kalumba, originating from Zambia, first connected with Africa Inland Mission (AIM) through the online training program ZAFUEL in 2020. Currently completing his studies, Peter is actively preparing to join a TIMO Team in Tanzania, solidifying his dedication to missions.

(Zambia - Earmarked to serve in Namibia)
Richard and Maggie Mwaku, originating from Zambia, are poised to embark on a mission journey to Namibia with a heartfelt sense of calling and dedication. Their journey has been guided by a profound conviction to serve and empower local communities.
Richard's initial short-term mission experience from Zambia to Namibia left a lasting impact, igniting a calling to return and continue the work he started. His passion lies in equipping local church leaders and providing theological training, recognizing the importance of nurturing strong foundations within communities of faith.

(From Madagascar, based in Nose Be, Madagascar)
Rosina was serving as Unit Leader for AIM Southern region in Madagascar she is now currently involved in translation work. It is almost unthinkable that Rosina did not grow up as a Christian believer. She serves as a mentor for young missionaries coming to Madagascar, mobilize and equip the local church and plays a key role in facilitating partnerships in Madagascar to mobilize for missions.

(From Botswana, serving on the Islands)
T first became interested in missions when he joined a small team of young men from Botswana in 2018. Doing life among an unreached group compelled him to probe further, and after another short-term outreach in Mozambique, he decided to join AIM to serve full term. Now, T & K, trained agriculturalists from Botswana, serve as part of a TIMO team on the Islands. Their ministry focuses on sharing the gospel and helping to establish an indigenous Christ-centered church among the Islanders. With a passion for discipleship, they are committed to building meaningful relationships and using their agricultural skills as a platform for ministry. Their desire is to see lives transformed by the gospel and communities mobilized to reach the unreached with the message of Christ.

Tanki and Makhalalelo Khoeli ZA048
Tanki and Makhalalelo, originally from Lesotho, joined Africa Inland Mission (AIM) in 2024. They serve among the shepherds in Lesotho.
Tanki leads in evangelism and discipleship, helping to meet both the spiritual and practical needs of the shepherds. He frequently visits local churches near their ministry location to raise awareness about the needs of the shepherds and to promote involvement in missions. Makhalalelo runs a weekly children’s Bible study in their village and assists the shepherds’ team with administrative support, helping to strengthen the team’s impact.
They are blessed with two children, Sthembiso and Holy, who join them in this ministry journey.

(From Botswana and South Africa)
Tshepang and Queen hail from Botswana and South Africa. They have two children, Lethabo and Ntungamili. Tshepang is the Executive Director of the Southern Regional receiving office operating from Nairobi in Kenya. With a wealth of experience in missions, Tshepang leads the work to the Unreached People Groups in Southern Africa and serving churches across Southern Africa. He offers vison, strategy and oversight to teams working in the region. Queen is playing an active role in AIM program development and assists at the Southern Region Guest House.

(From South Africa, serving in North Africa)
W and K DB hail from South Africa and recently became part of the Africa Inland Mission (AIM) family in 2023. Their previous experience includes serving in North Africa, where they recognised the need for long-term relational commitment in the region.
With a passion for education and a heart for mission work, W & K are dedicated to reaching out to local communities with the gospel.
They are blessed with a daughter who will accompany them on their mission journey, adding to the richness of their service.
